Platform in development · Pilot partners welcome
A good promise starts with clear boundaries.
We distinguish Olivora's own operation, existing technical foundations and an end-to-end offering approved for external partners.
Today / explore and qualify
The public website, illustrative demo and pilot conversations are the starting point. An enquiry creates neither a contract nor an automatically activated shop. Product description reviewed on 29 October 2026.
Foundations / not a blanket launch
Tenants, brand and domain configuration, roles and legal profiles have been established in the platform. These components do not replace a complete external operating review. A tenant alone is not evidence of production payment and shipping readiness.
Before your launch / verify the specifics
External release requires a tested end-to-end workflow for the actual partner: shop and order, stock and assignment, documents, customer communication, shipping and exception handling. Automated carrier integration and Pack & Scan remain target capabilities until individually approved.
Your brand. Defined data responsibilities.
Access is scoped by tenant and role. The operating model must define the personal data processed, responsibility, access and deletion requests, and any export arrangement. We do not promise unrestricted portability or blanket legal compliance without that review.
Provenance needs evidence
Tree age, cultivation methods, origin and environmental statements are not copied from Olivora to other producers. Each partner needs its own reliable information. We also avoid invented savings, customer logos and success metrics.
AdoptOS Decision Method · v1
Start with the real operating model. Then design the software.
An olive-tree sponsorship should not start with a beautiful certificate. It should start by deciding which relationship between the real grove, the promised assignment, the recipient, the product and fulfilment can actually be maintained over time. AdoptOS treats that operating truth as an architectural decision.
1 · Assignment
What is actually assigned to the customer: individual tree, pool, batch or hybrid?
Pass: The model is explicit, representable in data and described identically in the customer experience.
Resolve first: Marketing promises more granularity than the real operation can evidence.
2 · Evidence
Which provenance, tree, production, sustainability or impact claims are evidenced?
Pass: Claims come from partner-specific evidence or remain deliberately unclaimed.
Resolve first: Global templates invent or inherit unsupported partner claims.
3 · Roles
Who is seller, responsible operator, fulfilment actor and data controller?
Pass: Roles are explicitly assigned for the operating model and market.
Resolve first: White label is incorrectly treated as equivalent to Merchant of Record or Full Service.
4 · Market
Which markets may this specific setup actually sell and ship into?
Pass: Market, product, packaging, tax, shipping and privacy boundaries are cleared.
Resolve first: A country is enabled only because checkout or a carrier is technically reachable.
5 · Operations
Can the real operation reliably handle order, inventory, packing, handoff and exceptions?
Pass: Fulfilment state and physical reality can stay aligned without shadow lists.
Resolve first: Automation creates a prettier interface but not reliable operating truth.
This method describes AdoptOS product and pilot decision-making. It is not a blanket legal, tax or compliance clearance and does not replace market- or partner-specific review.
